Cal-Fire helping out with the timber saw.
We decided to spend the day at Camp Scicon’s open house, with Vivi, Ezzie, Rich, & Mark. It was a beautiful day up in the mountains at Scicon. Perfect weather, not too hot or too cold. The open house party had all sorts of fun activities. There was log sawing and after you cut your section you got to brand it. Plus face painting, bird house making and a tri-tip bbq lunch.

Ezzie decided to join in on the fun too

After all that hard teamwork.

chips.
I
don’t think any birds would actually live in them, but they just look cool.

We decided to go to dinner before heading home. We picked a new restaurant to try out. Baku a Japanese place. We ordered sushi and a Japanese style clam chowder. It
sounds strange but it was very good. It was jazz night at the restaurant so we also got to enjoy a live jazz band. It was a great evening and end to our fantastic weekend.
